We are currently accepting applications for the 2024-25 school year. If you are interested in being added to our applicant pool, please fill out one of the below forms.
Prospective Students (Preschool 3 & 4 year olds)
Please fill out and submit the Enrollment Application and read the Enrollment Policy. One form per child must be filled out. We do a rolling admissions process and will consider your application as soon as we receive it. You will be invited for a school tour and information session.
PRESCHOOL APPLICATION (3 and 4-year-olds)
Prospective Students (K-6th)
Thank you for your interest in the K-5th program at Steamboat Montessori. Applicants for kindergarten spots must be 5 years old by October 1, for the incoming school year.
ENROLLMENT PROCESS & DATES:
Open Enrollment: October 23rd – January 31st
We are accepting enrollment applications for the 2024-2025 academic year. Please fill out and submit the Enrollment Application and read the Enrollment Policy. One form per child must be filled out. Once you fill out the Enrollment Application, before January 31st, you will be entered into the Lottery. Applications are due on January 31st.
LOTTERY:
The yearly lottery is conducted on the second Monday in February. Applications must be received by January 31st to be placed in the lottery.* In the event we have more applications than openings, we will hold a lottery for each grade level to determine placement. We will fill open spaces and then create a waitlist based on the lottery results. Families will be notified promptly of the results of the lottery.

*Anyone who does not apply by January 31st, 2024 at 3:00pm MST will be placed on the waitlist created from the lottery results in the order of which we receive their completed application.
